Primary Responsibilities: - Manage all services related to building operations Engg, Housekeeping, Security etc. and ensure high quality delivery. - Ensure sitewide safety and emergency response management. - Make Sure client satisfaction and regular structured client meetings. - Track and ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements. - Manage the amenities like food courts, sports facilities and retails. - Support the leasing team to respond to technical requirements.
