AVP - F&A - Process Reengineering

Responsibilities

- Act as a lead contact point for HUB Process Standardization for all stakeholders

- Own the centralized, master template of HUB operations

- Use as benchmark for HUB Migrations

- Use as framework for standardization activities

- Finalize the scope of services and use as a basis for discussing out of scope services as incremental

- Facilitate identification of country specific processes or issues

- Identify process touch points with external processes owned by other LOBs

- Incorporate Group Standards and Controls into master processes and templates, from FIM/BIM, Control directives, etc.

- To make sure all Audit and Governance processes are followed

- Document thought-process flows for end to end process, issue management and communications

- Implement a standard HUB Fin Ops model

Skills / Qualification

- Should have good experience in process consulting, process re engineering, migration management, standardization for F&A process.

- Familiar with FIM and BIM documentation and standards

- Awareness of BRCM documentation and standards

- Finance Systems experience in Financial Services Industry for at least 8/9 years (Or systems qualification with Finance Domain experience)

- Higher Degree (CA, CFA, MBA etc) in Finance or Accounting preferred

- Experience in General Ledger applications

- Familiar with financial accounting

- Familiar with IDEF0, BPMN process methodology

- Familiar with PMP. RBPM or PRINCE project methodology preferred

- Familiar with ITIL service management methodology preferred

- Familiar with group, regulatory and management reporting; formats, mapping of local/supplementary GRCA to Group, local GAAP, local regulatory

- Ability to work and deliver under pressure of tight timelines

- Willing to travel to overseas

- Effective presentation and communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills
