AVP - F&A Operations - BPO - US Shift

Specific competences ( Essential) :

- Process knowledge - End to End Understanding of R2R/PTP/OTC. Deep understanding of issues, critical SLA's is a must.

- People Management - Ability to lead fragmented teams operating out of various cities and geographies (if applicable)

Key Roles and Responsibilities : Knowledge, Experience, Education External & internal contacts :

- Operations leader for a new account. Will own the process end to end and deliver improvements and impact to clients through seamless service delivery and projects and re-engineering across poles.

Essential :

- Experienced operations person with deep domain understanding in R2R, excellent Quality orientation. Must have superb communication skills with advanced logical ability and commercial savvy. Must have great people management skills to run operations.

Desirable :

- Prior experience in a similar large global role with teams in different poles,

- All client stakeholders
