About the company- A global business process and technology services provider

Role- Assistant Vice President

Location- Gurgaon

Reporting to- Vice President

Years of experience – 10-12 years of extensive post qualification experience

Education- CA or ICWA or MBA Finance

Job Responsibilities

- Responsibility to ensure all Service levels for Processes in scope are met as per agreed definitions in contract

- Control sheets are in place for every level to track completion of Service levels & Key Performance Indicators

- Review of key process activities as per the criticality (example Financial Statement monitoring / review, Corporate Executive team slides, Statutory accounts for Fin Reporting & Treasury entities)

- Interacting with Auditors for getting Process Walkthroughs, Financial Audit done

- A strict adherence to the Governance model - weekly interactions with the Directors for all Streams : Process review, Lead the Monthly Management Board discussion and provide support for all other Governance reviews

- Ensure timely performance feedback provided to direct reports and they in turn provide the same for the team

- Ensure Career path is in place for the entire team (Perfect development plan documented once a year and revisited once in 6 months)

- Ensuring 100 % Cross training to be in place (minimum 1 level back-up), completion of Process & Sox documents

Must haves for the role:

- Good domain knowledge in F&A- AP, GL processes

- The individual should have led large size teams>50

- Experience of leading operations for F&A in a BPO/KPO environment for team size of 100 working in US hours

- Able to establish and grow business partner relationships with executives
