AVP - External Reporting - BFSI

We have an opening for AVP External Reporting.

Job Description:

- The job holder will require detailed knowledge of financial requirements under IFRS and ensure that monthly and quarterly reporting requirements are met on a timely and accurate basis

- Lead the teams that prepare the GRCA, Regulatory, MI and manual returns

- This is a specialist role and requires the jobholder possesses a thorough understanding of Site Reporting as well as internal systems.

- The jobholder will need to work independently with minimum supervision in ensuring that all the reporting requirements are completed within the required timeliness for the various teams.

- The jobholder will have to deal with the increasing and often changing reporting and regulatory requirements and ensure that the teams are up to date.

Skills/Experience required

- CA/ICWAI/MBA with minimum of 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role/ background

- B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter with minimum 10+ years of experience will be considered

- Prior experience in GRCA reporting and Analytical Reviews will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of External reporting at financial institutions

- Strong project management and change background

- Experience to Lead and Drive Global Projects

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

- Must have managed medium to large teams of qualified professional with a track record of demonstrable and definable achievements

- Excellent organizational skills

- Understanding of process migration, metrics and productivity of finance processes

- Experience on providing training preferred
