AVP - ESG Strategy & Reporting - BFSI

- Enable ESG strategy, reporting and value creation through project management and strategic coordination across environmental and social subject matter professionals

- Oversee robust ESG impact metrics tracking and value creation KPIs across SME teams and strategies; collaborate closely between SMEs, data/digitalization teams and data completion efforts, and insights teams around the business to continuously improve ESG metrics supervising comprehensiveness and demonstrate connections to related business ESG objectives.

- Managing key internal and external partners by demonstrating ESG and other business metrics to support ESG reporting, brand purpose communications, and supervising against company growth strategy to demonstrate sustainability, resiliency and our brand purpose and mission.

The Successful Applicant:

- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in handling ESG impact metrics

- Experience handling ESG impact metrics, reporting and measurement projects to supervise progress and enable decision making in support of strategy development and responsible business growth.

- Skilled in environmental and social impact data analysis, insights development and visualization; ability to translate data into information.

- Familiarity with ESG impact areas, ESG 3rd party evaluation and frameworks
