Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior/Lead Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Cement, Retail, and Consumer Retail sectors. The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving our research efforts, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to our understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a Senior/Lead Analyst, taking charge of research operations and financial analyses within the Retail & Consumer Retail and energy sectors.

- Craft detailed research reports and construct, as well as maintain, sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions.

- To identify investment opportunities and risks, perform exhaustive financial analysis, including a deep dive into company financial statements.

- Engage in extensive industry research, staying abreast of trends, innovations, and regulatory changes that may impact the sectors under coverage.

- Establish robust communication channels with various media outlets, company executives, and fund managers to gather insights and disseminate research findings.

Candidate Requirements:

- Foundational and advanced understanding of the Retail, and Consumer Retail, energy, Oil & Gas, and Chemical sectors, with the ability to navigate financial statements, utilize relevant ratios, and leverage tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently.

- Exceptional writing and communication capabilities are essential, as the role involves extensive report writing and stakeholder engagement.

- A results-driven mindset with a disciplined approach to achieving research objectives and delivering high-quality insights.

- Strong organizational skills are required, with a proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
