Job Description : 1. The job requires leading the Direct Sales team and ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations. 2. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets. 3. Develop and execute - Go to Market- and strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base 4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 5. Should have a - Design thinking- mindset to understand customer needs and objectives and proactively redesign and re-engineer consumer journeys to improve overall consumer experience. 6. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. 7. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends 8. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts 9. Monitoring and working on various sales performance metrics with focus on productivity improvement. Responsible for ensuring profitable sales at each branch level. 10. Positively impacts the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing field support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies, and customer communication tools. 11. Works closely with marketing teams to ensure market level strategic and business objectives are met. 12. Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. 13. Leads field forecasting efforts among the team, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis. 14. Provides a management level point of contact for key customers. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships for referrals
