Title of the job: AVP Enterprise AI

Technology:

- Building Products and other Intellectual Property that can be used across solutions for multiple clients

- Develop end to end architecture, Solutions, standards, processes and toolkits/accelerators leveraging emerging digital technologies.

- Working extensively with business users to understand their needs and processes and ensuring that our solutions drive their success

Practice Growth:

- Experience in developing technology roadmap and strategy aligned to market trends

- Experience leading teams with P&L

- Leading, training, growing, and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and building future leaders

- Being a thought leader and creating new services which map to the future market needs

- Providing sales support in the form of collateral, RFP responses, and proofs-of-concept

- Engaging with customers at Senior to C level, including travel to their offices

Requirements:

- MTech in Computer Science (PhD a plus)

- 16+ years of experience in leading product and solution teams

- Understanding of Analytics, Big Data Technologies, Algorithms, Statistics

- Machine Learning skills a plus

- Must have excellent written & verbal communication

- P&L Managing Experience
