Looking for an AVP - Employee Relations for a Consulting client in Gurgaon
Responsibilities :
- Act as main point of contact for the employees
- Manage and conduct employee relations, recognition, morale, and retention programs.
- Perform and deliver employee performance/quality reviews.
- Recommend solutions to any employment-related issues raised by employees, as well as review processes on an ongoing basis to identify proactive ways to improve efficiencies.
- Communicate proactively and regularly with employees.
- Handle and investigate workplace safety concerns for employees.
- Promptly report workers compensation claims and incidents (including near-misses) to Human Resources, in accordance with company procedures.
- Train employees regarding procedures for incident reporting, and follow up on any identified workplace safety concerns.
- Develop, review, and update policy and procedures regarding employee relation issues.
- Communicate new/updated policies as needed.
