Job Description:

- We are currently seeking a Non-Litigation Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition and transfer of various types of land and real estate. The land acquisition specialist will be responsible for negotiating and documenting land transfers, researching and preparing land use related documents, and communicating with local agencies and other stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate should possess a thorough knowledge of local and state regulations, land use laws, and real estate transfer processes. In addition, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and document land transfers, researching and preparing land use related documents

- Facilitate the transfer of title from seller to buyer

- Communicate with local agencies, stakeholders, and other parties involved in the transfer process

- Conduct and review due diligence investigations

- Prepare and review title commitment reports

- Prepare and review closing documents

- Research and update records

- Monitor and advise on legal issues related to land acquisition
