Responsibilities :
1. The role will be responsible to drive the Talent Acquisition agenda for a leading pvt sector bank across regions and zones
- This will entail volume / bulk hiring with the goal to recruit and hire exceptional talent across levels (entry level to mid management)
2. Partnering with business on recruitment strategies and manage multiple stakeholders
3. Develop and sustain strong relationships with business / stakeholders through proactive communication and commitment to understanding the services and needs of the assigned business lines.
4. Be responsible for managing and developing existing and new innovative channels of recruitment.
5. Conceptualizing, designing and implementing hiring strategy
6. Planning targets, monitoring proper implementation of the hiring plan and achieving the overall hiring target on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in adherence to the set standards.
7. Refining and managing consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process that support positive candidate experience
Qualifications/Requirements :
- 10-12 years- experience in TA with experience in volume / bulk hiring in BFSI preferred
- MBA in HR will be a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Be updated on HR / TA best practices in the industry
