Primary Responsibilities :

1. Liasioning with Banks & Financial Institutions (International). Developing Banking relationships (International). Financial Advisory and Fund Raising mandate for Trade Finance Projects.

2. A detailed discussion with the client to understand their requirement and advise on the financing structure

3. Preparation of financial model/information memorandum,

4. Preparation of notes of the Lenders. Answering the queries from banks/FI on the proposal. Closely co-coordinating with the client.

5. Term sheet negotiation for With Bank / Financial Institutions (International).
