AVP/DVP - Structured Finance Product - BFSI

About The Role :

The team will be responsible in new product development and launch along with the execution of existing structured finance products offered through the platform. The products could range from vanilla securitization transactions (PTCs, Direct assignments) along with NCDs, Commercial papers, certificates of deposits, Covered bonds and term loans.

This role will front end deal execution from the team sheet notation to legal execution of various documents. The role supports the entire execution of a transaction end to end.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand and execute the transactions most of which will be domestic securitization products

- Mange external counterparties like rating agencies, legal counsels, trustees to ensure a smooth and flawless execution

- Analyse, structure transaction based on investor requirements

- Analyze, identify and select pools for the securitization of transactions

- Finalize legal documents, ensure correctness and completeness

- Handhold issuers with product expertise to enable smooth capital raise

- Validate models based on the most recent reports, statements published by issuers, servicers

- Understand payment structures and suggest revision in models where

- Document the product functionalities in detail in the form of Product Notes

Desired Skills And Experience :

- Possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in structured finance, deal structuring and execution desks and team management

- Prior experience with Rating agency, DCM teams of Foreign/ Private Sector Banks, Investment Banks in transaction structuring/ Advisory / Structured Finance desks will be essential.

- Experience in handling products including Securitisation (ABS/MBS), Structured Bonds in the domestic securitization markets will be preferred.
