Job Description:

- Responsible for definition and management of operational Risk measurement framework of the Bank

- Implementation of Advanced Measurement Approach for Operational Risk

- Operational Risk Scenarios

- Definition and implementation of framework for Risk Control and Self Assessment

- Capital computation & allocation

- Work with Risk reporting and analysis team to communicate results of operational risk management to business units in an actional manner

- Lead a small team in operational risk measurement

- Implementation and management of AMA framework for the Bank Development of Strategy to reduce operational risk capital requirement of the Bank
