AVP / DVP - Sales
- Achieving the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and collection target.
- Onboarding new Channel partners/ brokers and getting regular business from them.
- Coaching & mentoring the sales team, reviewing their performance closely, and correcting their behavior if needed.
- Hire and mentor new sales executives.
- Working in conjunction with marketing to plan out the best strategy and exploring various platforms to increase the visibility of the brand Shubhashray.
- Working with the CRM team to ensure smooth collection and customer satisfaction.
