AVP/DVP- Legal (Non Litigation) with a leading NBFC -Bangalore

- Exposure to a variety of contracts, agreements, policy reviews and adherence according to RBI regulation. Overall good legal knowledge (Corporate law, Contract Act, RBI guidelines, Data Privacy Law, IT Act, Infosec Standards, etc). Exposure to regulatory compliance is good to have but not mandatory.

- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing Credit Facility Agreements (Retail and Corporate), Digital payment Agreements, Security/Guarantee Agreements, Software Development and Licensing Agreements, Supply Chain Finance Agreements, Vendor and Service Provider Agreement, NDA, B2B Contracts, Rent and Leave and License and other business Contracts and Documents. Handing Corporate and Business Dispute with external lawyers.

- Independently lead contractual drafting, negotiations, and closure.

- Provide expert strategic legal advice on various aspects to Management. Assist support functions in execution of documents, stamping requirement etc.

- Extensively coordinate with and advise the business functions relating to Legal matters, including, grievances and fraud-related matters and interpretation of applicable laws related to NBFCs.
