AVP/DVP - Finance - NBFC

Job Role :

- Fund raising (Debt) as per company requirement.

- Resource Mobilization : Handle placement of all types of term loan proposals, Debt Capital Market instruments including secured, MLDs, unsecured and subordinated bonds

- End to end execution of transactions from investor interaction, deal structuring, assisting investor diligence till term sheet finalization

- Handling end to end Primary issuance of commercial papers and liasioning with Investors, IPA, RTA, NSDL, CDSL

- To develop association and maintain relationships with various levels at Mutual Funds, Corporates, Banks

- To keep track of market trends & competition for creating opportunities and identify risk

Experience : 8+ Years, preferably from an NBFC firm

Academic Qualification : CA/MBA (Finance)

Skill Set : Proficient in MS Office, Good Communication skills.
