Position: AVP / DVP - Finance

Reporting to: Head - Finance (Group Level)

Profile : Managing entire finance and accounts for the mutual fund business

Responsibilities :

- Driving the company's financial planning. Budget, forecast, and help oversee current and future investments and capital structures

- Overseeing the accounting, tax and financial and regulatory reporting requirements

- Establishing yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion

- Ensuring compliance with the law and company's policies

- Putting in place a robust financial transaction processing & accounting system within the organization

Looking for a CA with minimum 10 years experience currently working in finance function with an AMC / Mutual fund company.
