We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote customer centricity in the organization.   - The incumbent will manage a team of Customer Service Managers in charge of the Inbound channel and Correspondence unit/ Branches  - The goal is to enhance Service quality and the level of Customer focus in the organization. Also, manage employee morale and engagement levels so that Capital First is able to provide best in class service to its customers to increase Customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.  Job Description :   - Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth  - Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement  - Set a clear mission of enhancing Service quality and deploy strategies focused towards that mission  - Develop service procedures, policies and standards  - Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution  - Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions  - Analyze MIS and enhance productivity  - Recruit, mentor and develop customer service resources and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment  - Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets  - Adhere to and manage the approved budget  - Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities  - Proven working experience as a customer service manager  - Strong client-facing and communication skills  - Ability to think strategically and to lead  - Experience in providing customer service support and have customer service orientation  - Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools  - Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications  - Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills  - Post graduate degree in Business Administration or related field  - Knowledge of Six Sigma and other certifications will be an added advantage
