- Create bonus and pay plans that complement the business's strategic plan.

- Verify that compensation and benefits are in line with current human rights and pay equity laws.

- Recognize patterns and introduce fresh methods to inspire and involve workers

- Investigate employee happiness with quantitative data and surveys, for example.

- Renew our compensation schemes according to employee demands, including monetary and non-monetary benefits.

- Monitor data on benchmarking compensation and benefits

- Collaborating with upper management to strategize future pay and benefit plans

- Experience designing bonus and pay plans for different divisions and seniority levels

- Outstanding comprehension of job analysis and evaluation systems.

- Strong analytical abilities

- Arranging compensation, benefits, incentives, and prizes

- Ensuring adherence to pertinent labor laws and regulatory directives within the banking sector

- Making suggestions for enhancements to upper management

- Handling outside benefit suppliers
