Job Description:

The main purpose of this job is to handle claims (Non-Motor / Commercial Line of Business) for corporate clients excluding personal lines of insurance - from claim intimation till settlement and managing team.

Managerial Responsibilities :

- Technical guidance to team and clients

- Team Management and Relationship Management

- Relationship Management - clients, insurance company officials and surveyors

Functional Responsibilities :

- Managing and guiding the team to achieve the set goals.

- Process supervision.

- Review with teams and clients.

- Effective settlement of claims.

- Reviews and analysis of MIS on periodic basis

- Advising shortcomings or betterments on policy / coverage.

- Assessment of admissible loss by way of a survey report

- Settlement of client's claims
