Designation : Business Development Manager (AVP/DVP Grade) -Partnership/B2B alliances

Experience : Minimum 10-15 years of experience in setting up and handling -B2B (broking segment)

Reporting to- BD Head

Base Location- Mumbai(candidates from Mumbai /Pune can apply)

JD :

- Planning and Implementation of Partner Acquisition (Digital & Offline) strategy PAN India.

- Identify & Strategize geographic expansion & overall road map for development of Business Partner segment.

- Monitor and maintain the Quality of Partner's onboarded as per Co. Standard.

- Plan recruitments & manpower requirement. Recruit wherever required, so this will be a team handling position now which was Independent earlier.

- Extensive travelling required. -Pan India
