Alternate Capital Market Reports to Head - Alternate Capital Market Department

Alternate Capital Market (ACM) team is involved in raising money for FIs in difficult geographies. The Desk primarily serves 3 types of FI clients- commercial banks, regional development banks and micro finance institutions. We are also building our capabilities in the Sovereign Financing space, wherein we are currently working on debt refinancing. ACM, primarily focuses on debt financing. The Desk is focused on creating liquidity pools for their clients via multiple innovative structures such as: secured/unsecured direct loans to FIs, credit-enhancement backed lines.

The role would require the individual to provide structuring and advisory services to Financial Institutions in Emerging and Frontier Markets

- Help in raising funds for FIs/DFIs/Multilateral Institution in Emerging and Frontier markets

- Developing & managing relationship with top management of lending institutions across the globe

- The candidate will be responsible for working on sanction term sheets

- Person will be responsible for focusing on the enhancement of distribution, execution and development of the desk.

- Would be required to work on activity reports, Business reports etc.

- The role would require the individual to assist the clients in strategically managing their asset and liability side of the balance sheets by offering suitable debt and structured finance products
