Dynamic, result-driven professional with 7+ years of experience in Talent acquisition driving India talent acquisition strategies, planning activities. Spearheading overall TA activities including recruitment strategies, Talent Planning & recruitment cycle.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk and working closely with leadership team on the design and development of recruiting focus areas.
- Strategize and implement recruitment strategy for Long and Short term demand
- Proficient in Industry Mapping, Competitor Analysis.
- Proficiency in managing and developing volume hiring strategies and programs.
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain strong network of business relationships.
- Partner with branding to create a sustainable approach to attract the highest quality talent.
- Leverage new and existing Sourcing channels.
- Develop and sustain metrics for monitoring and continuous improvement of TA programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM - HR (full time) from premier institutes.
- Expertise in Volume Hiring.
- Must have the ability to be a highly effective relationship builder.
- Strong experience with Social Media Recruiting ( i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)
- Demonstrated understanding of changing Recruitment and compensation trends
- Strong learning agility & passionate about creating & implementing innovative approaches and practices in Talent Acquisition.
