AVP/Director - Product Design - IT

As a AVP/Director for Product Design at Gamezy, a Super App for competitive e-sports covering fantasy sports, poker, rummy and casual games, you will be owning the entire design function and will be responsible for the end to end user experience. Your primary focus would be to make Gamezy the number 1 sports and e-sports gaming app.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

- As Product Design Head at Gamezy, you will own all areas of design at Gamezy. This is a leadership role and your responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

- Making users love Gamezy product and brand experience!

- Fostering a culture of "design criticism"

- Engaging with execs (including the CEO) on design reviews

- Providing/Evangelising the intellectual basis of design discussions (principles, themes, values)

- Build and mentor a top tier UI/UX/Game Design team

- Help apply game designing principles in our product and games

WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

- 10+ years of UX and Product Design experience

- Experience in designing software and native mobile applications

- Has read Apple's Human Interface Guidelines or Google's Material Guidelines thoroughly enough to spot when something's out of place, and when to break the mould

- Experience and ability to work iteratively and agile creating harmony with your product and engineering partners

- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

- Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud)

- A portfolio reflecting that experience, including shipped and currently in-market products and demonstrating end-to-end design methodology

- Has deep knowledge of iOS, Android & web interface conventions

- A degree in User Interface Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Game design or a related discipline

- Is a Gamer and loves playing games!
