Customer Experience Job opportunity in Bangalore for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual holding at least 8+ years of experience of working in a Consumer Tech startup and excellent understanding of Customer Service, customer experience and analytics and handling customer escalations & delivering awesome user experience!!

Your Employer: Well renowned Indian origin Ecommerce consumer tech startup (reseller app) which enables users to start their online stores via social channels

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualizing and analyzing entire customer journey on the platform to deliver world class customer/user experience in the organization

- Tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve the customer services.

- Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.

- Initiating projects that directly impact NPS and customer experience

- Synthesizing feedback from multiple areas (usability testing, customer feedback, runtime usage metrics) to discover customer insights and optimize current and new experiences

Requirements:

- An MBA from leading B-schools with 8+ years experience in working in a Consumer Tech startup and experience of working in leading customer-facing organizations

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong business, financial and operational acumen with a focus on building scalable systems that improve productivity and provide increased visibility into progress against key objectives
