Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as AVP Digital Risk Policy in the realm of Supply Chain Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital risk policies to safeguard our supply chain finance operations.

Location - Mumbai

Reporting to - Head Digital Lending & Urban Unsecured Credit Risk

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance digital risk policies specific to supply chain finance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand digital processes within supply chain finance and identify potential risks.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, adapting policies accordingly to maintain compliance.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to communicate and implement risk policies effectively.

- Lead the development of training programs to ensure staff awareness and adherence to digital risk policies.

- Monitor and analyze data to identify emerging risks and proactively propose preventive measures.

- Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to integrate digital risk controls into technological solutions.

- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key risk indicators and policy effectiveness.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation in risk management processes.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field

- 7-9 years of proven experience in digital risk management, with a focus on supply chain finance.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Leadership experience in driving policy development and implementation.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in Risk Management (e.g., FRM, CRM) is desirable.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their impact on supply chain finance
