AVP - Digital Products - BFS

Experience - 1-4 Years

Location : Mumbai

- A person will be looking after digital product initiatives of the firm.

- Needs to possess keen understanding of product development cycles and technologies associated with it.

- Should have good understating of consumer mindset and be able to analyze consumer behavior and build them into the product offerings

- Would need to closely work with IT to bring to market different product initiatives for the firm

- Should have good understating of technology to help enhance product delivery process.

- Will be given direct P&L responsibility for increased market share revenue and clients traded.

- Would need to work with various vendor on the products platform.

- Would need to liaison and interact with multiple stakeholders and data structures.

- Sound understanding of finance is desirable though not mandatory.

- Ability to work with numbers to consistently improve the product offerings.

- Strong Analytical skills required.
