Job Summary :
- This role is responsible to design and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy to support demand generation and branding goals of the organisation.
- This role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our digital marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on utilizing Mar-Tech, performance marketing, analytics marketing, and growth marketing techniques across a variety of channels to deliver desired ROI.
About the Client : Our client is one of the leading NBFCs in the country, and a part of a large multinational conglomerate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Utilize Mar-Tech platforms and tools to optimize digital marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and targeting efforts.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives, including paid search (PPC), display advertising, affiliate marketing, and re-targeting, to achieve specific KPIs and ROI targets.
- Lead the analytics marketing function, leveraging data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and overall marketing performance. Utilize these insights to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, content marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, including allocation of resources across various channels and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, Mar-Tech, performance marketing, analytics marketing, and growth marketing. Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to foster growth and excellence within the team.
The successful applicant :
- MBA in Marketing from Tier 1/2/3 B-School.
- 12 to 15 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Mar-Tech, performance marketing, analytics marketing, and growth marketing techniques.
- Strong knowledge and experience with various Mar-Tech platforms, tools, and solutions, such as marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and data management platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and mobile marketing.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
