Job Title - Designation AVP Digital Marketing

Direct Reporting : Head - Marketing

B. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE ( Leading the digital marketing)

C. KEY ACTIVITIES:

- Lead the acquisition strategy for online sales website). 

- Ownership of organizations digital assets (website, app) etc including pre login content, UI/UX and performance metrics like traffic, time spent etc.

- Lead the organizations cross sell /upsell initiatives including identifying communication opportunities, content and customer journeys.

- Lead the social media presence for the firm including content strategy, engagement metrics and ORM.

- Drive non-campaign media spends - SEM and performance marketing initiatives.

Prior Experience : 8-12 years of work exp in the digital space preferably in MF, insurance, banking, digital agency having worked on BFSI clients.

Domain Knowledge - Must have worked in mutual fund industry or from BFSI sector
