Role accountability and tasks :
- Create Long term vision and plan for Paid marketing for the business units.
- Manage spends across SEM, Facebook, Re-targeting, App and other new initiatives
- Manage the annual digital spends and lead requirement for the business unit.
- Create Strategies for source-wise online spend on search and other key digital areas
- Innovate on Paid spends and strongly measure against CPA
- Be business oriented and have the ability to work closely with business heads in order to ensure continuous performance as per the business need
- Create effective MIS reports and recommendations to drive decision making
- Monitor the performance of campaigns vis-a-vis their contribution to business
- Optimize search campaigns regularly for maximizing the output; keyword optimization, ad copy optimization, Campaign optimization, Landing page optimization
- Co-ordinate with technology team for implementation of various tech related development
