Job Overview :

This position involves helping the client implement a global leasing platform for their entire business. This role is expected to be the single point of contact for the CIO.

Job Title : Delivery Leader / Program Manager

Job Location : Gurgaon (priority one ) / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of the entire implementation project scope, timeline, risk management, and communication plans.

- Responsible for global IT delivery of all Asset Finance customers (leasing and lending platforms)

- Responsible for quality, schedule, SLAs performance

- Develop capability within team in Asset Finance products

- Manage the entire program that touch multiple vendors, locations and time-zones

- Assess and manage impact of changes to project scope, timeline, resource allocation, or priority.

- Analyze the project and task inter-dependencies on an ongoing basis to ensure correct order of execution to minimize risk and cost.

- Manage status reporting of project progress, or lack thereof, to all stakeholders.

- Conduct postmortems of completed project phases and capture learnings to avoid rediscovery of mistakes. Identify follow-up responsibilities and ensure that resulting open items are closed.

- Manage inter-departmental collaboration on projects, with a common understanding of project priority, scope, and timelines.

- Independently work with project sponsors and Finance team to estimate and track project budget and actuals.

- Help define KPIs for the project's success, take regular measurements, and report on the same.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Requirements :

- Work experience in the Asset Finance (Lease & Loans) industry should be at least 12-15 years.

- Understand Asset based Leasing and Lending solutions/platform

- Experience in Implementation of front and back office and asset based leasing & lending systems.

- Past experience in implementing large-scale leasing/lending platforms for large corporations

- Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task, and prioritize a wide array of initiatives.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering, MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of employment experience with a large, globally distributed organization, preferably a technology company.

- 7+ years of significant hands-on experience with managing multiple, complex projects.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or another project management software and Excel.

- Good understanding of project management best practice frameworks.

- Strong belief in a team approach,ability to earn the trust and respect of peers and senior executives
