AVP - Debt Syndication - Inv Bank

We have an opportunity with a Leading Investment Bank for AVP-Debt Syndication role

Responsibilities of Job are mentioned below:

- Responsible for origination of mandates in the long term borrowing segment, example – Term Loan, Working capital/NCD etc.

- Work in a team of Investment managers, associates and analysts

- Develop strong relationships with corporates in order to understand their borrowing needs.

Competencies:

- Ability to network with various corporates across sectors and industries.

- Strong selling skills

- Strong interpersonal skills with a street smart personality.

- Knowledge of the financial markets.

- Sound analytical skills such as NPV, DCF and other forms of business valuations.

- Ability to work and deliver results under pressure.

- Self motivated individual with a strong desire to excel.

- Willingness to travel extensively all over India.

Educational Qualifications - CA / CFA / ICWA / MBA Finance

Prior Experience - Minimum 5 years post qualification experience into debt syndication in banking and financial services industry
