AVP - Debt Syndication - Financial Advisory Firm

We are looking for an AVP Debt Syndication .

The incumbent will be responsible for the below mentioned :

- Experience of minimum 3/4 years in Corporate Banking or with private sector

- Knowledge of corporate credit and ability to provide financing solutions

- Knowledge of RBI guidelines relating to financing /restructuring of loans

- Strong academic background with MBA from a reputed institution or CA qualification

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good communication skills (oral and written)

- General insight into working of various industry segments and their special needs

- Relationships with corporate and lending community would be an added advantage

This company is a financial advisory firm mainly in project finance / loan syndication:

Ideally a candidate will be :

- Syndicating for corporate industry wise

- Arranged term loans and working capital, fund based and non fund based limits

- Restructuring of debt

- Corporate credit
