AVP - Deal Advisory - Investment Banking

Ideal candidates would have atleast 4 years of investment banking experience. Experience in Infrastructure/Investment Banking is not mandatory but preferred.

- Strong Financial modeling skills and clear finance concepts are a must

- Presentation and communication skills-

- Candidate must also be familiar with standard research databases like Bloomberg, S&P CapitalIQ, VCCEdge, etc,

Work Profile:

- Developing and auditing financial models of international standard

- Business Valuations and Investment Analysis

- Research and analysis: Prepare pitches, investment memoranda, research reports

- Participate in the entire deal-making process from pitching to preparing the financial models, business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction documentation

Other skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a team and multi-task when required

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Quick learner

- Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams

- High degree of rigor and attention to detail

Educational Qualifications: CA/MBA

Work Experience: 4-8 years.
