AVP - Data Analytics - Life Science

- Participate in client pitches and meetings, co-create and build solutions that can be delivered with help of Data Engineering, Data Science, and BI teams.

- Work on proposals, provide case studies and impact delivered to best depict capabilities offered by Course5.

- Work extensively in areas of Sales & Marketing Analytics in Pharma with a focus on Patient Analytics, Sales & Marketing analytics, Market mix modeling, etc., and offer meaningful insights for strategic decision-making by our clients.

- Manage a team of Data Engineering, Data Scientists, and BI resources.

- Manage/aid healthy growth and P&L management and work closely with functional and global leadership.

Education & Skills required:

- Academic background - Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferrable) in STEM

Experience - 11-13 years of experience out of which 5-6 years in Pharma / LS Analytics and BI most recently so they understand the domain and business trends. Should have worked in Data Science projects in a leadership capacity.

Technical / Hard skills - Working on data sets, python Pyspark, R, Tableau, Excellent analytical skills, rational thinking ability.

Soft Skills - Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and client engagement skills, Strong people management skills, and entrepreneurial bent of mind.
