AVP - Customer Service - Hospitality

Responsible for enhancing customer experience with a strategic and holistic approach to customer service and branding.

Educational Qualification

- A graduate in any discipline from an institute of repute recognized by UGC/ AICTE preferably a Post Graduate degree in Management or customer

Experience

Essential:

- 15 to 20 years of experience in customer service or service quality management

Desired:

- Experience in Hospitality industry / Real Estate/ Airlines/ Travel or mall management.

Technical / Functional Skills Required

- Knowledge of Customer Loyalty Programs

- Various Benchmarking exercises

Additional Knowledge Required

Conversant with Computers and various softwares
