AVP - Customer Service - Financial Services

- Experience of minimum 15 years in financial services

- Should be able to visualize (have a vision /mission ) for customer service contact centre in terms of customer promises and deliverables

- Should be able to articulate and communicate well to the board of directors if required

- He should have handled contact centre and should be able to manage attrition and service levels to customers

- Should be able to liase with tech vendors for call centre requirements
