AVP - CSR & ESG (Female Candidates preferred)
Purpose of the role: AVP - CSR & ESG will drive the development and implementation of CSR and ESG initiatives, aligning the company with sustainable and socially responsible practices.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive CSR and ESG strategies in alignment with the company's goals and values.
- Identify opportunities for integrating CSR and ESG principles into business operations.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, investors, communities, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate CSR and ESG efforts to enhance the company's reputation and transparency.
3. Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards related to CSR and ESG.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of CSR and ESG metrics and performance indicators.
4. Program Implementation:
- Oversee the execution of CSR programs, including philanthropy, community outreach, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement ESG policies and practices across the organization.
5. Metrics and Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSR and ESG initiatives.
- Regularly assess and report on the impact of CSR and ESG programs.
Qualifications & Skillset:
- Masters degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing CSR and ESG strategies.
- Strong understanding of global CSR and ESG trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills
