Job Description:

- Leverage existing and future technology relationships of the organization in this domain to augment business with existing clients as well as extend the service offerings to new clients.

- Effectively meet the revenue aspirations for the organization in the EDM space in terms of new business from existing client as well as new clients.

- Effectively integrate the offerings of the technology partner in the EDM space with the service offering of the company and plan and execute a go to market (GTM) strategy for the same.

- Act as an enabling partner to make better decisions to the client and strive for consultative selling

- Propose potential business deal by discovering and exploring new opportunities with the existing client

- Acquiring new partners with consultative selling and up-selling

- Present to and consult with Senior management on business trend with the client with a view to develop new opportunities and services for the existing client

- Ensure continuous interaction with the customers, aimed at understanding any concern areas and working on identified areas to develop & implement effective plans to improve

- Creating synergy between the operational, analytical and functional arms of CRM Team

- Generate Market intelligence and share key insights for Business Changes

- Data Management for analysis for future forecasting, business improvement ideas & process simplification

Desired Profile :

- 11-14 Yrs, primarily in managing large operational teams in Data Management Services.

- Full time MBA and having hands on exposure on working with various analytical tools.

- Expertise in Data Management, Strategic planning, multinational sales operations, setting up and managing processes and budgeting.

- Effective people skills as well as networking skills.

- Skilled communicator capable of interacting and influencing people-cutting across hierarchical levels in an organization with ease and having effective presentation skills.
