AVP - Credit Trading - Offshore Technology & Shared Services Captive

Our Client is one of the largest offshore technology and shared services captives in the country. We are looking for a suitable profile with Credit Trading experience.

Credit trading team makes markets for clients in all credit instruments including Corporate, Financial & Sovereign bonds, securitized & covered bonds, single name CDS, iTraxx Indices and Options.

Overall purpose of role :

- The candidate would be supporting the US HG credit trading team.

Key specific accountabilities :

- Conduct Fundamental research in names not covered by Publishing research and recommend fundamental trade ideas

- Conduct Relative value analysis (cash/CDS basis, credit vs. Equity etc.) and highlight outliers / provide trade recommendations to the desk

- Support desk positioning and risk management

- Ownership of existing daily reports which include trader's risk, P&L, Volume Reports, Market Share reports including handling any errors/ exceptions and enhancements

- Liaising with IT development teams for enhancement of Market share MIS

- Stakeholder management and leadership.

- Decision making and problem solving.

- The candidate will have to be proactive in identifying issues and getting them resolved by aliasing with various stakeholders

- The candidate needs to work on several time sensitive activities and hence is required to be meticulous and efficient
