Having started their analytics practice a few years back, they are very ambitious to grow it further and develop world class talent of enterprising individuals. Therefore they are looking for a very seasoned analytics professional in their model monitoring team based in Mumbai.

Job Description

Reporting in the VP-Model Monitoring your main responsibility will be to asses the performance the credit risk models and ensure effective evaluations. In addition to this you will be responsible to-

- Help carry out model evaluations as per the guidelines in the consumer model risk management policy

- Perform independent model testing using SAS or Excel

- Support senior stakeholders in the model evaluation related transactions

- Recognizing information and patterns in data that are not obvious

The Successful Applicant

You must be a postgraduate from ISI, DSE, IGIDR etc with 6 to 8 years relevant experience in consumer finance or credit card industry experience to include model development, maintenance, tracking and management. In addition to this you must have the ability to recognize information and patterns in data that are not obvious, and focusing analytical efforts in pursuit of explanations, isolations of cause and effect. You must be exceptional in SAS, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office equipment.
