Responsibilities:-

1. Manage team to deliver on activation and spends for the States assigned

2. Create tie-ups and alliances with local/city centric merchants

3. Launch local level engagement programs for cardholders - Mall Activity , Regional Festival etc

4. Liaise with SFE, Sales for identifying merchants and execution support on branch/cluster level engagement programs

5. Monitor and track activation numbers

6. Launch local merchant tie-ups to grow subvention volumes

7. All offer related execution responsibilites like LOI, agreement, logo , offer compliance, complaint redressal etc
