AVP - Credit Analyst - Inv Bank

The opening is with one of our leading Investment banking client in Bangalore

Job purpose

- To be the single point of contact for Offshore Credit Analysis team

- To work with various stakeholders including the regional Credit Analysis teams ensuring that quality and volume of analysis are achieved as planned

- To establish and streamline the interaction with local corporate functions in COO Office (HR, Admin, QA, Finance and Risk mgmt) and GTS for the team to achieve global objectives

- To ensure ramp up/down, on boarding, quality and timely delivery of activity from offshore within budget.

- Responsible for the overall delivery of the team, skill enhancement, career progression and stakeholder management

- Be part of the global team representing the Credit Analysis team in the company.

Qualifications:

- MBA or Chartered Accountant from premier schools

- IIT/NIT and MBA from Tier – I and Tier – II schools

Functional Skills:

- Credit Analysis based on financial performances, ratio, management outlook, strategy, Industry/sector assessment etc

- Financial analysis of companies based on balance sheet and P&L statements

- Experience in reviewing credit analysis report

- Delivery management with highly skilled teams

- Operational Risk Management

- KPI tracking, Budgeting & Invoicing
