Customer Reconciliation &amp; stringent control on declaration of non - collectables 5. Fixed Asset physical verification &amp; reconciliation 6. Indirect tax compliance &amp; health check FINANCE &amp; ACCOUNTS 1. Streamline &amp; eliminate redundancy to make R2R (record to report) process smooth &amp; efficient 2. Review, reconcile &amp; cleanse all ledger accounts &amp; balances 3. Reduce errors in closing 4. Streamline indirect tax process + return filing 5. Increase Electronic collection 6.
