Corporate Talent Acquisition Role with a leading Bank !!

Position : Corporate Talent Acquisition HR

Location : Mumbai

Team Handling - 2-3 Team Members

- Based on the budgeted position list, planning and executing the Hiring needs

- Responsible for Corporate Hiring including - Operations , Product , Technology, Risk and Analytics Hiring

- Keeping the pipeline of candidates to meet target dates of hire

- Responsible for Team Performance

- Adoption of appropriate sourcing channels through Employee Referrals, Job Portals, Vendors

- Monitoring the TAT and Conversion ratio to bring the closure

- Interview Evaluation of Senior Management Roles

- Presenting Hiring Dashboard to Senior Management

- Conducting HR Surveys and Information Analysis for the same
