Strategic Partner - Financial Services Company

Responsibilities -

- Strategy, planning, financial & business analysis, project management across multiple functions and industries in order to provide support and thought partnership to help advance the organization's priorities.

- Additionally, candidate need to be a strong problem solver with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) who can build relationships with a diverse set of individuals in the organization.

- This individual will be self-sufficient, collaborative and decisive.

- Candidate will have a deep personal and professional alignment with Company's values.

- The role requires a highly resourceful individual with good sense of corporate planning and business intelligence, appreciation for enterprise groups, high emotional intelligence, self-motivation, integrity, willingness to put the Business Head's and the firm's interest above all else, absolute confidentiality where appropriate.

- Be the thinking partner. This will involve thinking through diverse strategic issues across businesses and functions.

- Support the executive team's communications. The candidate will support the needs of the executive staff in their ability to raise critical issues and receive needed responses, guidance and decisions.

- Preparation for, and facilitation of, - critical path- (e.g., with Company's executive leadership, current or potential senior employees or clients and peer executives). While members of any one of these groups may initiate these meetings and be responsible for inviting and preparing participants, the candidate will be accountable for ensuring the preparation is appropriate and that the Head is well-informed.

Looking for candidates with minimum 5 years experience in strategy / financial analytics / business planning
