AVP - Corporate Social Responsibility

The CSR Committee is responsible for gathering information on the social and environmental impact of programmes and projects undertaken. 'Output' and 'impact' measures will be monitored for all major programmes and projects. The CSR Committee will ensure that the non-profit partners monitor and report on the outputs and impacts of their projects.

Role Purpose & Description :

- CSR projects involving development of CSR strategies, evaluating compliance for legal and regulatory requirements

- Due diligence for partnering organizations, designing programs and others assurance,CSR Audits, concurrent monitoring & review for CSR engagements - including desk and field review.

- Institutionalizing Social Returns on Investment (SRoI) for corporate clients and development sector organizations

Due diligence of NGOs on Governance,Financial Management and Program Management, for Skill development based CSR implementation of a large multinational Bank

- Governance of community investments and disbursement of funds:

- Request for Proposal, Evaluate Proposal, Maker- Checker process, Submit Recommendations for approval

Personal Skills:

- Able to apply the law in a commercial way

- Professional impact - impressive and able to work with senior individuals both inside and outside the organisation - Prepared to challenge where appropriate
