AVP - Corporate Sales
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Responsible for Insurer's OPD New Products.
2) Handling the normal corporate Business.
3) Interacting with the Insurer's.
4) Focusing more on the insurer's based in South.
5) Worked on the strategic Alliances would be an added advantage.
6) Will be reporting to VP - Sales.
7) Will be playing an individual Contributor role.
8) Initiating and growing relationship with large corporate brokers for providing services to their client base is also needed. Someone with deep contacts and understanding of the corporate broker space would be preferred.
Prior Work Experience :
1) Prior B2B Experience
2) Experience in new business development & farming of existing business
3) Individuals from Health insurance, Corporate brokers, TPA and Health/Wellness industries would be preferred
4) Excellent communication, negotiation skills & influencing skills
